Experience the Academy Vendor Village — where community and mountain culture come together.
From demos to gear tuning and educational opportunities, there’s something for everyone.
Daily happy hour will be hosted from 4-6PM on Friday and Saturday, then 4-5PM on Sunday.
Through ReBIRDâ„¢, we service, care for, and give our gear multiple lives, so performance stays at its peak beyond a single adventure, season, or individual.
Visit the ReBIRDâ„¢ team at the Village Plaza to shop a hand-picked selection of RESALE items or get your Arc'teryx gear professionally repaired.
Experience how the Mammoth Mountain Ski Patrol handles a real-life avalanche scenario. The ski patrollers will demonstrate a quick search using avalanche rescue dogs, RECCO detectors, and avalanche transceivers.

Join Atomic for a live demo on how to properly cut and fit your climbing skins. Whether you're new to backcountry skiing or just need a refresher, this is a great chance to learn the best techniques. Stick around after the demo for an open Q&A on ski tuning and waxing. Bring your questions—we’ll have experts on hand to help you get your gear dialed for the season.

If you're signed up for an Academy clinic, YETI will be onsite for clinic check in from 7:30AM onwards to make sure your day starts warm and caffeinated.

The mission of the Eastern Sierra Avalanche Center is to inform and educate the public on avalanche conditions in the Eastern Sierra Nevada mountains of California.
ESAC employs avalanche forecasters to provide daily avalanche advisories and field observations. An administrative manager supports the forecasters and the board of directors in fulfilling our mission and expanding opportunities for local community members.
Made up of dedicated local volunteers, our team serves under the Mono County Sheriff’s Office to respond to 30–50 missions each year—searches, rescues, and evacuations in every terrain and season. Whether it’s day or night, summer or winter, our trained members answer the call to help those in need.
